We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging — plus proof of purchase.

Contact us and we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new size or item.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and reach out immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All other eligible items follow our standard 30-day return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Concrete Jungle pieces are designed with oversized, heavyweight silhouettes as part of the look. Check each product's size chart before ordering if you want a more fitted feel.

Our drops are limited. Once sizes move, restocks are never promised — join the email list to get early access before the next release.
